Under this licence, authors retain full copyright of their individual articles. This permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction of the work in any medium, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source.
The International Journal of Agricultural and Home Economics Education (IJAHEE) © 2014 retains copyright over the journal title, branding and overall publication format (journal compilation), but does not claim ownership of individual articles published within the journal.
All articles published in IJAHEE are therefore:

Published under CC BY 4.0 licence terms
Freely accessible and reusable with proper attribution
Authors are also permitted to:
Share their articles publicly (e.g., institutional repositories, personal websites)
Enter into non-exclusive distribution agreements, provided that the original publication in IJAHEE is acknowledged
Authorship Responsibilities
Authorship provides credit for a researcher's contributions and carries accountability. Each author is expected to have made substantial contributions to one or more of the following:
- Conception or design of the work
- Acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data
- Drafting or substantial revision of the work
Authors must approve the submitted version and agree to be accountable for their contributions. They should ensure that any integrity-related questions are appropriately investigated and resolved.
Collaboration and Acknowledgements
IJAHEE encourages collaboration with local colleagues and expects their inclusion as co-authors if they meet the authorship criteria. Contributors who do not meet these criteria should be acknowledged in the Acknowledgements section.
Author Contribution Statements
IJAHEE promotes transparency by requiring authors to include a statement of responsibility in all manuscript types. All authors must sign a contract regarding authorship order upon submission. This contract will indicate the contribution percentage and specific activities of each author.

Submission to the journal implies agreement from all authors on the contents, including the author list and contribution statements. The corresponding author is responsible for submitting a competing interests statement on behalf of all authors.
Changes to Authorship
Any changes to authorship, such as order changes or the addition/deletion of authors, must be approved by all authors. IJAHEE does not investigate authorship disputes; unresolved disputes should be addressed to the relevant institutional authority.
Author Identification
All authors of accepted papers must provide their Open Researcher and Contributor Identifier (ORCID) iD. The primary affiliation should reflect the institution where the majority of the work was conducted. Authors should also provide their email address (preferably institutional) and phone number.
Consortia Authorship
Authors can be listed as a consortium. If needed, individual authors can appear both in the main author list and as consortium members. All authors in a consortium must be listed at the end of the paper.
Copyright Retention
Under the CC BY licence, authors retain copyright. Users may copy and distribute the article non-commercially. Authors can enter into separate arrangements for non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s version, with acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal. Authors are encouraged to post their work online prior to and during the submission process.
