Propellers Journal of Education (PJED. ISSN: 2971-639X), and

Propellers Journal of Educational Research and Theory (PJERT, ISSN: 2971-6403) are double peer-reviewed and open online access publication of IJVOCTER at https://ijvocter.com/. IJVOCTER encourages submission of original position or empirical research reports that may be quantitative, qualitative, or mixed in nature.

All articles published by our journals are open access under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0). The Editorial Board now solicits well-researched articles to be considered for publication in the December 2025 issues: IJAHEE—Volume 12 Number 2; PJED—Volume 4 Number 2; and PJERT—Volume 3 Number 2. 

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

  1. Any article already published or submitted to another journal is not acceptable for review.
  2. Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word, with 1.5 line spacing of not more than 20 pages using Times New Roman font type and font size 12, with block paragraphing style.
  3. A single unstructured paragraph abstract of not more than 250 words and 2-8 keywords should be provided.
  4. The article cover page should include the name(s) of the author(s), their affiliations, and contact information (functional e-mail and mobile telephone numbers).
  5. The 7th Edition of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Figure, Table, Citations, and Referencing styles should be used.
  6. 70% of the citations should not be later than 5 years at the time of the article submission and self-citation should not be more than 2.
  7. Original manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the online submission system “Make a Submission” on the web page: https://ijvocter.com/ or email: ijvocter@gmail.com.
  8. Although the manuscript will be checked for uniqueness using a plagiarism checker before double-blind peer review, authors are encouraged to ensure the consent of all the co-authors and the originality of their articles because the journal or its editorial board takes no responsibility for violation of any research ethical issue.

Publication Charges

The journals' Article Processing Charge (APC) is N20,000 or USD39, only per article. The APC covers the cost of article review, editing, processing, and publishing and is only paid if the paper is accepted for publication. Currently, Propellers Journal of Educational Research and Theory (PJERT) grants a 30% waiver for any article submitted in this present edition.
